Reunion Mass

SAHS '76 hosted a Reunion Mass and Open House at St. Anthony's High School (Thrive Charter) on Saturday, September 19th. The event was for all SAHS alumni, as we included a memorial service for our deceased alumni. '76 classmate Patti Callahan-Walsh chaired and organized this special day, as Mass was celebrated by Fr. Daniel Cahill, a long-time St. Anthony's priest and chaplain. Deacons Greg Costa '74 and Rich Arcari assisted Fr Cahill.  

Our Reunion Committee realized that before we even began plans for our October 10th reunion, classmates already had events scheduled, such as weddings and vacations. This motivated us to try to provide more then one opportunity, in addition to our reunion, for classmates to reconnect during such a momentous year!

Attendees commented that Mass was beautiful and touring the halls during the open house brought back special memories. Ms. Kathy Faraglia, long-time SAHS teacher, was in attendance for the day and engaged her former students.

The school cafeteria was the setting for refreshments and socializing, as Tracey Destribats of Eet Gud Bakery provided some tasty goodies.
