50th Reunion

Officially In The Books...

SAHS 76 50th Reunion Class Photgraph.jpg

It has truly been quite a journey, and now the St. Anthony High School Class of 1976 50th Reunion is officially in the books. What an extraordinary evening it was—one for the ages, if the wonderful feedback from so many of you is any indication. The after-reunion gathering at The Nott carried on well past midnight, a clear sign of just how much everyone was enjoying reconnecting and celebrating together.
Your Reunion Committee is still taking it all in. After ten months of planning, preparation, and anticipation, our big night has come and gone in what feels like the blink of an eye. We are deeply grateful for every classmate who traveled near or far, shared stories, laughed, reminisced, and made the evening so special.
One of the best ways these precious memories will stay with us—especially as some of us start forgetting where we left our keys—is through photographs. Our talented photographer, Nadia, will have the link to the official online album ready in about two weeks. We’ll share that link via a Constant Contact email and also post the pictures here on our class website.
In the meantime, we warmly invite all our amateur shutterbugs to text or email any photos you’d like to share to Kevin Meara at 609-731-9166 or kevinjmeara1@gmail.com. Every snapshot helps capture the spirit of the night.
We are completely open to your thoughts, reflections, and feedback—please don’t hesitate to share them. We’re also eager to hear any suggestions about what might come next. (Here’s a little hint: Happy 70th Birthday to us all!)
It was an absolute pleasure spending time with each of you. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making this reunion so memorable. We are truly grateful

When

Our committee has selected October as the ideal month to hold our 50th Reunion. Our decision was based on venue availability, avoiding summer vacation season, in addition to weather, as we have a desire to utilize the outside patio.

Where

While the Mercer County area has many great locations, our committee selected Mercer Oaks Golf Course as the site of our reunion.  Jim Hines and Mackenzie Kostin-Moffat, of Mercer Oaks Catering, have a reputation of creating a top-shelf experience for their clients. Great ambience, great food...and it's local!

Theme

For our theme we looked no farther then our nickname "the bicentennials" as we graduated on the 200th anniversary of our nation and now fifty years later we find ourselves again celebrating a milestone of the United States...America's 250th.

Dress

Every reunion has a dress code and while we were thinking formal (black tie), we settled on business casual. For men: sport coat, polo shirt and khakis pants and women: dress, pant suit or Sunday best. Dress code will not be strictly enforced, but no tank tops and shorts until after 10pm lol.

Entertainment

DJ Moe Green, the Man Behind The Beats,  was selected to provide the entertainment for our evening. Moe is an experienced and local DJ, who performs on cruises and on LBI. The committee met on a Saturday evening at the Nottingham Tavern and were thoroughly entertained by Mo's show.

FYI

I'm going...are you?

Interest in planning a SAHS 76' 50th Reunion started last year when SAHS 75' invited our class to their reunion. Over thirty of us accepted and joined 75'. The chemistry was immediate, and the decision to move forward was made. There is no stopping us now! Therefore, let us invite you to share in our rite of passage... celebrating fifty years of life after high school. We are going, are you? Click to find your classmates who responded.

Where To Stay...

Coming from out-of-state and you need a place to stay? Over the last decade several quality hotels have opened to compliment some fine existing ones...Our venue, Mercer Oaks Golf Course, is located at 725 Village Rd W West Windsor, NJ 08550 (near Mercer County Park). We have provided a link below to hotels in Princeton, Hamilton and Bordentown. Feel free to contact hotels for accommodations.

Other Events...

Our Reunion Committee understands that life gets complicated and hectic. We realize that classmates who want to attend our 50th reunion will have weddings and vacations already planned. Therefore; we planned two additional events were classmates can meet up. On July 8, Class President Dean Tuccillo will join the City of Trenton in the 250th reading of the Declaration of Independence. In addition we planned a Reunion Mass and Open House for Saturday, September 19 at SAHS (Thrive Charter School). Please join us!
