Our Reunion Committee
Reunions do not happen by osmosis! Behind every successful reunion there is a working committee. Sadly, in 2020 we lost one of the main organizers of our reunions, Diane Williams-Brett and we are determined to carry on Diane's legacy! Veteran reunion committee members Pamie Reuss-Wilson, Martha Tryba-DiBartolo, Carl Mazon and Gil Cheeseman have returned to organize our 50th. They are joined by our senior class officers Dean Tuccillo, Bernadette Contento-Piscopo, Karen Moscarello-Graff, in addition to Cindy Ciuba-Resch, Al Imhof and more. In Memoriam
September 17, 1958 - June 22, 2020
Kudos to the '75 SAHS Reunion Committee, especially Margaret Vickey-Lihvarcik and Stan Maziarz, for inviting our class to their reunion back on December 6th. Over thirty '76 classmates attended as we rekindled friendships with our senior brethren, while reconnecting with our own classmates. First the comradery spurred significant interest, but with so many years between reunions it provided us with first-hand organizing experience. In addition, we used that opportunity to hold an informal reunion planning meeting immediately after in a suite at the Hilton Gardens Hotel. The chemistry was immediate, as we talked past midnight. Our reunion committee has been meeting to discuss everything from location, to pricing, to theme. We established a structure which has an executive committee within the reunion committee. All decisions are done through majority vote. Dean Tuccillo was picked, and accepted, the role as our host and logistics chair. As important, Al Imhof and Cindy Ciuba-Resch teamed up to lead our finance committee. Within a couple of weeks of our initial planning meeting our venue, Mercer Oaks Golf Course, was selected and the price established.
